| Detailed Reason (s) for cessation | To pursue other career opportunities. Mr Tan Buck Kiang Jerry ("Jerry") has tendered his resignation as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of the Company on 11 April 2023, and reaffirmed his decision at the end of May 2023, after being given time to reconsider his decision. He has agreed to extend his 3-month notice period till 26 July 2023 to guide his successor, whom the Company is in the midst of finalisation. The Company's sponsor, Evolve Capital Advisory Private Limited, after having interviewed Jerry, is satisfied that, save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Jerry as the CFO. In addition, there are no concerns with regards to financial reporting that led to the cessation of Jerry and there are no disagreements between Jerry and the Board with regards to practices that would have an impact on the Company's and Group's financial reporting. |
